Practitioner Evaluation Program

Begin With Your Professional Perspective
Practitioner Pathway
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Guided Recovery Systems Practitioner Evaluation Program.
Before you experience the GRS Intelligent Recovery Companion, we would like to understand something about the professional environment from which you will be evaluating it.
This brief application is not intended to determine whether your practice fits a predetermined GRS model.
Instead, it helps us understand how recovery continuity works in your practice today—including your philosophy, participant challenges, professional boundaries, existing resources, and the kinds of between-appointment support that matter to you.
Experience the IRC today and determine for yourself whether
your practice
is a good fit for the Evaluation Program.
Why Begin Here?
Your Practice Context Matters
Practitioners do not all approach recovery in the same way.
Different practices serve different populations, use different resources, communicate differently, and draw professional boundaries in different places.
Those differences matter when evaluating a system intended to support recovery between appointments.
Your responses give Guided Recovery Systems the professional context needed to understand the perspective you bring to the evaluation.
Later, after you have experienced GRS for yourself, we will be able to compare the needs and expectations you described here with what you actually observed during the evaluation.
What Happens Next?
The Practitioner Evaluation Program follows three stages:
1 — Application
Tell us about your professional world.
Describe your practice, recovery philosophy, participant challenges, resources, professional boundaries, and what you believe meaningful between-appointment support should accomplish.
2 — Evaluation Experience
Experience GRS and observe what actually happens.
If invited to participate in the current evaluation cohort, you will receive access to the GRS Intelligent Recovery Companion and a guided evaluation experience built around realistic between-appointment recovery situations.
You will also have opportunities to challenge the Companion using generalized or hypothetical situations relevant to your own practice.
3 — Practitioner Reflection
Step back and give us your professional judgment.
After completing the evaluation experience, you will be invited to consider what you observed as a whole—including usefulness, limitations, trust, professional boundaries, concerns, possible applications, and what additional evidence you might need.
Our Process
There is no preferred practice philosophy and no expected favorable evaluation of GRS.
We are interested in understanding how your practice actually works and what matters to you professionally.
Your perspective becomes part of the context through which your later evaluation can be understood.
Our Process
Please do not provide patient names, medical records, protected health information (PHI), diagnoses tied to identifiable individuals, or other patient-identifying information anywhere in this application.
When describing situations from your practice, please use generalized or hypothetical examples.
Ready To Begin?
Please complete the Practitioner Recovery Philosophy & Care Model Questionnaire below.
Your responses establish the professional context for the evaluation that follows.
Why this is different
Notice that we’re not promising:
“We will build your Companion from these answers.”
We’re saying:
“We want to understand the professional context from which you will evaluate the standardized GRS system.”
Important — Save Your Progress After Every Page
This evaluation uses a Save & Continue feature to protect the thoughtful work you complete throughout your evaluation.
Please follow this simple rhythm:
Complete the evaluation page → SAVE → REFRESH → CONTINUE
After completing the first page:
- Click SAVE.
- Send the private resume link to your email.
- Copy and keep the resume link somewhere you can easily retrieve it.
- Click to “Refresh” that page.
- Scroll to the bottom and click CONTINUE to proceed.

If an interruption occurs, use the private resume link you saved or the copy sent to your email to return to your saved evaluation.
When you have completed the entire evaluation, follow the final instructions and click SUBMIT.
Please keep your resume link private and do not share it with anyone else.
